The International Conference on Economics, Business, and Technology Management (ICEBTM 2025) will be organized by the School of Business & Entrepreneurship (SBE), Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), on November 14 and 15, 2025. ICEBTM 2025 intends to provide a platform for researchers, academics, and industry leaders all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the areas of Business, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. The theme of ICEBTM 2025 is Sustainability Focused Industry Trends in Global Research.

1. Professor Jonathan Liu
Specialization: Management
Prof. Jonathan Liu is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Ming-Ai (London) Institute, responsible for the strategic direction of the Institute. He is the founder and Executive Dean at the International Business School, Sale, Manchester. He is an adjunct Professor at the University of Wales, Trinity St. David (in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), is ranked at #128), where he supervises doctoral research students. Jonathan has in-depth and hands-on experience in launching new academic ventures and start-up businesses. He has been involved in transforming established businesses in both academic and public institutions in the United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia, and China.
2. Professor Rajah Rasiah
Specialization: Economics
Prof. Dr. Rajah Rasiah is currently a Distinguished Professor of Economics at the Asia-Europe Institute of the University of Malaya (60 in the QS World University Rankings 2025). Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2025: UM is within the 251-300 band, according to THE. He primarily focuses his research on technological innovation and economic development. Distinguished Professor Dr. Rajah Rasiah began to work on the economics of innovation after enrolling at Cambridge University to pursue his doctorate in economics in 1989. Since then, he has become a global pioneer in innovation and development. He introduced the Systemic Quad model, transforming the impact of strategic clustering on global employment, wages, and sustainable development.
Specialization: Human Resource Management
Dr. Maniam Kaliannan is Professor of Human Resource Management and Associate Dean of the University of Nottingham Malaysia (The University of Nottingham Malaysia is ranked among the top 100 universities globally and is also ranked 20th in the UK based on the QS World University Rankings 2025). His research interests include human resource management, talent management, knowledge management, public sector management, and economics. He has presented and published his work in both conferences and international journals.
Specialization: Management Information Systems
Prof. Anthony S. Atkins is a Professor Emeritus in the Computing and Digital Technologies Faculty at Staffordshire University (1001 ranking in the World University Rankings by Times Higher Education), UK. He has collaborated on over 250 peer-reviewed publications alongside colleagues and research students and has secured £2.8m in research grants from the EU, EPSRC, and NHS Trust. He is an experienced Data Science and Knowledge Management specialist with a proven track record of working in both higher education and industry. His specialization is Health Informatics, Lecturing, Instructional Design, Biotechnology, and Management. He is a strong education professional who holds a Doctoral Degree in Bioengineering and real-time sensor technology from Cardiff University.
